How Long Does It Take Our Products To Ship?
Our products generally ship within 3-5 business days. However, if products are in high demand it can take up to 2-3 weeks before the product is received (however this is rare).
What Is Your Return Policy?
If there is a print mistake, a reprint can be ordered immediately. However, our products are printed on demand, seeing how they are specially made just for you, we can't accept any refunds.
Is this Website Secure?
We take customers security very seriously. Rest assure no personal information will ever be shared. All payment information is backed by some of the industry's best fraud protection.
What Are The Sizes For These Products?
We do our best to list all product sizes in the product's description. Simply click on the product and scroll down, and check out our Sizing Chart also.
Shipping and International Orders
We ship Royal Mail. Most orders will ship out within the next 3 days of ordering. Your order will be shipped Royal Mail Standard Shipping. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.
UK Shipping Costs: Royal Mail Standard Shipping £2.75 per order plus £0.70 per extra item. (Up to a maximum of £8). This is a tracked service and provides a delivery confirmation upon delivery. Delivery is estimated 1-3 days from dispatch.
International Shipping Costs: Royal Mail £3.83 per order plus £0.70 per extra item. This is an untracked service and does not provide a signature upon delivery. Please note that it may take longer for some international orders to arrive.
While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, we cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc. You will only be charged for the items that are shipped to you, along with the applicable shipping and tax charges.

Please be aware that with international orders you may be liable for import and/or custom duties on your order. If so, you will be responsible for paying these duties to release your order from customs upon arrival. These are not Collect On Duty (COD) charges, they are taxes and duties charged in your country and are not related to us specifically. All taxes and duties charged by customs of the destination country are the sole responsibility of the buyer and will not be refunded or reimbursed by us for any reason.
